TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: May 2026
1. About ReplyPath
ReplyPath is an AI-powered email automation service operated by David Mitchell ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account and using ReplyPath, you ("the client") agree to these Terms of Service.
For any questions, contact us at hello@replypath.co.uk.
2. The Service
ReplyPath connects to your email inbox via OAuth, monitors incoming enquiries, automatically responds to leads, extracts lead information, and notifies you when a lead is ready to act on.
The service is intended for use by businesses only. It is not intended for personal use or for individuals under the age of 18.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. At the end of the trial period, your account will be suspended unless you choose to subscribe. Trial accounts may be subject to usage limits at our discretion.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. ReplyPath does not store any card or banking details.
If payment fails, we will notify you by email. Continued non-payment may result in account suspension.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@replypath.co.uk to discuss.
5. Your Responsibilities
By using ReplyPath you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Only connect email inboxes that you own or have authorisation to access
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection laws
- Not use the service to send spam, misleading communications, or unlawful content
- Keep your login credentials secure
6. Email Access and OAuth
By connecting your inbox, you grant ReplyPath permission to read incoming emails and send replies on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings. Revoking access will prevent the service from functioning until reconnected.
We will only access your inbox for the purposes described in this agreement and our Privacy Policy.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of ReplyPath is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We process data on your behalf as a data processor under GDPR. You remain the data controller for any lead data collected through your inbox.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, delays, or technical failures.
We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, templates, and systems that make up ReplyPath remain the intellectual property of ReplyPath. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by emailing hello@replypath.co.uk. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed leads, or data loss.
Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
